LINSHINA T Studies on magnetic nanoparticle- induced biomechanical force- mediated differentiation therapy on breast cancer stem cells. |
My study focuses on the ability of green synthesized magnetic nanoparticles to induce differentiation of breast cancer stem cells into normal cells. The differentiation is expected to be induced by mechanical force produced by magnetic nanoparticles which will be a safer alternative to conventional therapies. The change in morphology, cell surface markers, and protein and gene expressions of differentiated cells will be assessed by advanced microscopic and molecular biology techniques.
