1. Successfully guided 12 Ph.D. students…. & (three students awaiting open defence shortly, & another 6 students continuing their Ph.D. programmes),
17 M.Phil.students & (one ongoing ) and around 45 M.Sc. students completed projects on various aspects of plant mites/soil mites/predatory mites/ticks.
2. Student mentor of a major Research Project “Biosystematic studies of predatory mites (Mesostigmata: Phytoseiidae) associated with economic important plants of North Kerala” implemented with the funding from the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi under the WOS-A scheme since 2018 (ongoing).
3. Successfully guided project works of 3 Summer Research Fellows from Tamil Nadu, Kolkatta& Mumbai under the Summer Research Fellowship programme of the Indian Academy of Sciences.& one IISER fellow from Tirupati.
4. Co-author/Associate editor of 3 books& 130 research publications in various
Interrnational/National journals/proceedings.
5. Co-ordinator of the Erudite programme involving Gilberbo Jose de Moraes, Sao Paulo University, Brazil on “ Frontiers in AcarologicalResearch:The Mighty Mite” held during March-11-24, 2018.
